So, it's nearing that time again when we all grab a beer and watch the biggest game of the year, the Super Bowl (I apologize to all not living in the states!). The match between the New Orleans Saints and the Indianapolis Colts will take place on February 7th at 6:00PM ET in South Florida. With that said, does anyone want to make some calls for the final score or any other predictions beforehand? As much as I dislike Peyton Manning, here's what I think:
- Colts win 28-27 in thriller.
- Manning orchestrates a beautiful game-winning TD drive to rival last year's by Roethlisberger and in doing so, matches him at 2 championships.
- He'll win MVP despite wide receiver Pierre Garcon's near flawless game.
- Saints' offense stifled by pass rush and the bend-don't-break Colts D keeps them relatively in check.
Feel free to agree or disagree, and be sure to post predictions of your own. Arguments are unavoidable, but do try to be polite!
