My faovirte non-hollywood movie is probably DIe Hard 4.

I would have to say a french(yeah thats right french) film called "Murmur of the Heart" it is a coming of age tale. Though has its gross parts(incest, yeah pretty sick), but was a good movie. Fairly old movie too.
