Honestly, there's not much going on in that section anymore now that the K-line help and SLI requests have an own separate ticket system again.

Pretty much all help questions go right to #help, and if people happen to be banned from the network then they use the K-line ticket system.
The help section mostly contains old K-line-related threads which aren't meant to be public anyway, so there really is no point.
