Services have been updated with the following changes:

- Prevent .cs set password with fantasy to protect founders
- Made /cs why tell users about network staff
- Registering with a blacklisted email domain will no longer capture the user.
- Fixed the help accesstype message
- new cs flags
--- K - user has access to akick
--- u - user has access to unban
- hostserv pending fixes revolving around dropped nicks
- operserv akill tracking improvement

There is currently a known problem of some users getting banned from the network with the message of "Too many connections from your host: please visit http://www.rizon.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=29 for help". It will be fixed soon so please bear with us in the meantime. Thank you for your patience.
