!next

Hello guys,

i need some help on get this going...

i Need a code that when i type !Next the bot give +v to the first person that joined the channel.

For exemple

John1 - Was the first
John2 - Was the secound

When i Do !next it will give John1 Voice, and when i do !next it will give voice to John2 and after that for john3 and john4 etc...

Like John2 will become John1 because the original John1 already has voice given by !next.

I know that this is not hard but i can't figure it out right now... =|
