Yes! Doc was/is my favorite oper. I'm sure that goes for many people. He's always friendly and nice to people and revived #chat. The staff of an IRC server has to be friendly in my opinion, which Doc certainly is at all times. He's was a great part of the staff and he's a great guy. He definitely adds a great value to the server as oper!
