Hi Brooky,
you haven't done anything wrong at all.
The stats are generated once every 24 hours at midnight PMT, so they should be there in like 12 hours.
Hi Brooky,

Is there any way that channel owners could remove certain users from the stats page? I added an uno bot to my channel recently, and it climbed to #15 in our stats within three or four days (out of ~200 days for the whole stat page for the chan).
Also, it would be nice if we could set certain nicks to combine into one for stats. For example, in the stat page for my channel, one user's normal nick is #2 on the most active list, but one of her away nicks is #21. Similarly, one of the users switches between two nicks frequently, and one is #24 while the other is #26.
I don't know how hard these features would be to implement, but I wouldn't even mind if channel owners had to do these manually somehow. Sorry to bother anybody though. :P
atlantiza, I don't think it IS possible for channel owners to remove people manually from the stats page or such, because
1) It is a big service
2) The configuration file is XML style
In turn which then makes having a service like that hard.
The stats in my channel have not updated since Dec 22. Is there something wrong with the bot?
same issue, any updates? http://stats.rizon.net/chan/linux.html <-- not since the 22nd
g0t b33r?
We are aware that there is an issue with stats generation. (probably a channel with a funky name, we had this happen before)
Unfortunately, our dev is a bit busy at the moment, so it'll be fixed when he has the time to do so.
That would be very helpful for me. I own a channel on both the Rizon and AnthroChat IRC networks, and I have a homemade bridge-bot relaying messages inbetween. It's getting very annoying to see the 'list of the most mentioned nicks' and 'most frequent posters' getting filled with the bot.
The channel stats haven't updated for over 2 weeks now.
I noticed the bigger/more popular channels are experiencing it:
http://stats.rizon.net/chan/feitoism.html (my channel)
http://stats.rizon.net/chan/news.html
http://stats.rizon.net/chan/kokizzzle.html
http://stats.rizon.net/chan/chat.html
http://stats.rizon.net/chan/rizonbnc.html
Any ideas on what the causes were?
This happens when a channel adds stats with a name that causes issues for it and they break. We will figure out the channel that is causing the issue and fix it within the next day or so. Thanks for reporting the issue.
4 days later..
Any estimate on how much longer?
