auto stop trivia bot if no one answers questions for a while (3 questions?)

More than 3 questions. The problem with that is what if nobody knows the answer?

people tries to guess the answer anyways.

if no one is trying, it means no one is playing.

PLEASE, implement a .strivia x command where x is the minute to turn off the trivia bot.
if possible, have a option that only channel voice and above can use this.
once used, the .trivia command will be disabled for that amount of time.

also, if possible, add another command like .trivia x y
where x is the question numbers (0 = unlimited) and
y is the INTERVAL between questions (in seconds).

so a .trivia 0 300
will start an unlimited trivia round where the bot asks one question every 5 mins.
