Also, y so kb when I tried helping? ;-;
You should be able to set it to say a random quote every specified amount of time.
like .quote set random 15 (or something like that) would make him say a random quote every 15 minutes.
This isn't really the place to discuss that matter. Try taking it up with him privately (e.g. messaging him).
Allow non-founders to delete quotes if they were added by them.
Being able to set so that users with access lower than @ can't add quotes.
