People go 2 #viper its my new channelits a place were people can chat and not have 2 worry about being banned. The only way someone would ban u in my channel is if u r constantly breaking the rules, otherwise u would just get a warning.

viper is awesome
I go to viper all of the time it is really cool there and the rules are lenient so if you broke one you would just get a kick but in other channels you would get .kb'd. So if you are looking for a new chan to go to, go to viper.

I like the idea of giving everyone in the channel atleast halfop, its quite hillarious, and different. Its hard to find something different on IRC nowadays with thousands of different channels.
