/ns mode +modes-modes

I think something like ChanServ mlock would be nice. You could use for example /ns mode +gp-x, then when you would identify, services would automatically set those modes.

I actually like this idea. I personally think it would come in handy for users. Really wouldn't do me much use seeing as I have all my modes to auto set through *perform with my BNC. But I think users would like this function.
